Gin Sheh is an application engineer at Monolith Semiconductor Inc., a silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET and diode design company in Round Rock, Texas. Sheh received a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2009. He has more than 10 years of experience in working on power conversion systems, with expertise in high-power conversion systems (~100 KW), which he designed while working with Princeton Power Systems (2010–2016). His background also includes the development of handheld personal digital assistants at Compal Electronics (1997–2002). Sheh joined Monolith Semiconductor in April 2016; his current research interests focus on the development of long-term reliability testing platforms for SiC devices.
