Analog Devices ADRF50220 Switches

Analog Devices' ADRF5020 and ADRF5021 silicon switches provide high isolation and low insertion loss from as low as 9 kHz to 30 GHz for signals up to 24 dBm with CMOS and TTL compatible control. The switches are internally matched to 50 Ω to eliminate external matching requirements and are bidirectional, so signals can be input on the throw or common ports. The switches are capable of handling 24 dBm on both the through and terminated ports and provide no low-frequency spurious operation. The switches integrate a driver with two control pins, allowing the user to select either throw port or place both in isolation, with isolation rated at 60 dB. The ADRF5020 and ADRF5021 are ideal for test instruments, radios, radars, and broadband telecom systems.
