HMC6300/HMC6301 MillimeterWave Transmitter/Receiver ICs

Analog Devices' HMC6300 and HMC6301 MillimeterWave Transmitter/Receiver ICs are a complete chipset for multi-Gbps operation in the 60 GHz unlicensed ISM band. The devices support an RF signal bandwidth up to 1.8 GHz and have an integrated synthesizer that supports up to 64-QAM modulation, or designers can use an external LO to achieve up to 256-QAM.  

The pair also supports FSK, MSK, and OOK modulation formats for low-cost, low-power serial data links without high-speed data converters. The transmitter can linearly drive its output up to 15 dBm, while the receiver provides a gain of up to 69 dBm, enabling maximum signal performance.

Analog Devices' HMC6300 and 6301 are designed for small cell backhaul, WiGig radios, HD video transmission, and radar or high-resolution imaging.
