Amphenol Commercial Waterproof USB Type-C connectors provide extensive waterproofing options and enhanced durability in a variety of configurations. The connectors support the 10Gbps data rates of USB 3.1 Gen 2 as well as 5A and 20V ratings for USB Power Delivery, as well as audio and video signal output with an alternate mode.
Amphenol offers connectors that meet IPX2 to IPX8 ratings and they’re rated for 10,000 mating cycles, ensuring long product life even with constant use in all environments. Amphenol Waterproof USB Type C connectors are available in right angle stand-off and straddle mount configurations as well as a short body option for design flexibility.
