Analog Devices Inc. ADRF57xx

Analog Devices ADRF5700 series digital attenuators are 40GHz silicon attenuators for use in industrial scanners, 5G infrastructure, test and instrumentation, and other RF applications.  

Attenuators are available with an attenuation range up to 31.5dB and with a control step size of 0.5dB for 6-bit variants and 2dB for 4-bit variants, with fast settling time and low step error.  

The devices offer low insertion loss, high input linearity, and RF input power handling up to 30dBm peak and 26dBm average. ADRF5700 series attenuators operate from a ±3.3V supply and have a flexible control interface that supports SPI and parallel mode control and is CMOS and LVTTL compatible.  

They are packaged in 16 or 24 terminal LGA packages giving designers the benefit of a compact footprint and low-cost assembly.
