Analog Devices LT8600-Series Regulators
Analog Devices' LT8600-series High-Voltage Buck Regulators are high-efficiency step-down regulators with a wide input voltage range and an ultra-low quiescent current burst mode operation. The regulators have an adjustable switching frequency from 200 kHz to 3 MHz and a minimum switch-on time as low as 35 ns for high efficiency and wide input-to-output ratios. They support synchronization and spread spectrum operation that minimizes EMI for noise-sensitive applications. Burst Mode operation enables high efficiency conversion at very low output currents with minimal quiescent current and output ripple. LT8600-series regulators are available with an input voltage range as wide as 3 V to 65 V and continuous output current up to 3.5 A.
