AVX 550L, 550U, & 550Z UBC™ Ultra-Broadband Capacitors
AVX 550L, 550U, and 550Z UBC™ Ultra-Broadband Capacitors are manufactured with high-quality materials to provide reliable and repeatable ultra-broadband performance from 16 kilohertz to over 70 gigahertz.
These capacitors exhibit ultra-low insertion loss, flat frequency response, and excellent return loss.
With capacitance values of 10 nF and 100 nF and a 6.3 or 10 DC working voltage rating, the AX microwave capacitors are available in rugged, one-piece EIA 0201 or 0402 case sizes.
AVX 550L, 550U, and 550Z UBC capacitors are fully compatible with high-speed automated pick-and-place manufacturing.
Typical applications for the ultra-broadband capacitors are optoelectronics, trans-impedance amplifiers, receive and transmit optical subassemblies, synchronous optical networks (SONET), broadband test equipment, and broadband microwave and millimeter wave systems.
