AVX MLO Low Pass & High Pass Filters | Tech Specs

October 23, 2019 by TTI, Inc

This episode of Tech Specs is part of a video series highlighting the features, applications, and technical specs of newly-released products.

AVX MLO Low Pass & High Pass Filters

The AVX MLO filters are based on AVX’s patented multilayer organic high density interconnect technology.

Available in the low pass, high pass, and bandpass variants, MLO filters support many frequency bands and wireless standards and feature 50-ohm input and output and low insertion loss. The filters also offer steep roll-off for high rejection of unwanted frequencies.

MLO filters are less than 1 millimeter thick and use LGA pads to keep the profile to a minimum and minimize parastics. They are also expansion matched to most organic PCB materials for improved reliability compared to silicon and ceramic devices.

The small size, light weight, and high performance make AVX MLO filters ideal for wireless communications, portable electronics, base stations, and other applications.
