Bel Magnetic Solutions Single Port 5GBase-T MagJack
Bel Magnetic Solutions Single Port 5GBase-T MagJack™ Integrated Connector Modules allow designers to seamlessly upgrade bandwidth and PoE power with a drop-in replacement to 1GBase-T products.
The ICMs support 4-pair PoE to carry 60W or 100W over a standard ethernet cable, making them ideal for high power sourcing applications or high-power devices. The 5GBase-T capable design is compatible with all known 5GBase-T current-mode and voltage-mode PHYs and is backward compatible with lower speeds and lower power levels.
The 5GBase-T MagJack ICMs include EMI spring tabs on the shield for enhanced EMI and ESD performance. The design features a plug tab-up design for ease of use, and the ICMs are UL recognized and RoHS compliant.
