Broadcom ACNU-3410/3430 Gate Drive Optocouplers

Broadcom’s ACNU-3410 and ACNU-3430 are gate drive optocouplers optimized for high voltage industrial applications, including 600 VAC motor drives and 1 kVDC solar inverters. The devices can output peak current up to 3 A and use an SSO-8 package providing 11 mm clearance and 10.5 mm creepage. The ACNU-3410 and ACNU-3430 have a footprint that is 40% smaller than previous generation devices, and a 150 ns propagation delay that is three times faster, improving efficiency. They feature common mode transient immunity greater than 100 kV/µs for reliable operation in noisy environments. The optocouplers operate from a 15 V to 30 V supply and have rail-to-rail output.

  • Output Current: 3 A
  • Package: 11 mm SSO-8
  • Creepage: 11 mm
  • Clearance: 10.5 mm
  • Propagation Delay: 150 ns max
  • Common Mode Transient Immunity: 100 kV/µs
