Coilcraft 1512SP & 2712SP Series Mini Air Core Inductors
Coilcraft’s 1512SP and 2712SP Series Mini Air Core Inductors feature high Q and tight tolerances in a wide range of inductance values.
The inductors are available in two package sizes with lengths of 3.94 mm or 6.86 mm. They have an acrylic jacket with a flat top for use in pick-and-place assembly and the leads are solder coated to ensure reliable soldering.
The air core provides very high Q over a wide frequency range for low losses in high-frequency applications, with self-resonant frequencies up to 18 GHz. Inductance values range from 2.5 nH to 150 nH and the inductors are offered with tolerances as tight as 1%, eliminating the need for tuning. They’re rated for currents up to 11.1 Arms and can be used in ambient temperatures up to 125°C without derating, or up to 140°C with derated current.
