Coilcraft XEL4020 & XEL4030 Power Inductors

Coilcraft's XEL4020 and XEL4030 series ultra-low loss shielded power inductors offer exceptionally low DCR and ultra-low AC losses for switching frequencies from 2 MHz to 5 MHz, and the inductors meet AEC-Q200 grade 1 requirements for use in high-temperature automotive applications. XEL4020 and XEL4030 series inductors are available with inductance values from 0.1 µH to 6.8 µH, DC resistance as low as 1.5 mΩ, and saturation currents up to 30 A. The inductors offer superior current handling with soft saturation characteristics and can withstand high current spikes. XEL4020 and XEL4030 series shielded power inductors are available in a 4 mm x 4 mm package, with RoHS compliant tin-silver over copper terminations.
