Digi International XBee SX 1-Watt RF Modems
Digi International’s XBee SX 1-Watt RF modems operate at 900 MHz using the DigiMesh wireless networking protocol to provide reliable, redundant wireless communication for critical data. XBee SX modems are highly sensitive and have high IF and RF selectivity, achieving line of sight range up to 65 miles and high immunity to interference. The modems support data rates up to 250 kbps and use 256-bit AES encryption for secure communication.
The DigiMesh networking protocol provides the redundancy of mesh networking and supports low-power sleeping nodes. XBee SX modems include a USB port for configuration and either a serial interface or analog and digital IOs for communicating with sensors, digital signage, or other equipment.
