Infineon AURIX TC3xx Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies’ AURIX TC380 and TC390 series of MCUs provide the performance and safety architecture needed for automotive applications, such as airbag systems, braking, ADAS, and other critical safety functions. 

MCUs are available with up to 6 32-bit 300MHz TriCore CPUs, with integrated DSP capabilities, floating and fixed-point operation support, and multiple on-chip memories with ECC protection. 

The MCUs also have lock stepped shadow cores for up to 4 cores and redundant timer modules to provide fault tolerance. Infineon Technologies’ AURIX TC380 and TC390 MCUs also offer substantial connectivity options, including gigabit ethernet, CAN FD, FlexRay, and many other interfaces. 

The MCUs are designed to support safety requirements up to ASIL-D and can operate from a single 3.3V or 5.0V supply.

    • ECC protection for all on-chip NVM and RAM

  • Designed to support ISO 26262 safety requirements up to ASIL-D 
  • Single voltage supply: 3.3V or 5.0V
