  • Integrated processing: 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M3 core at up to 60 MHz
  • On-chip memory: up to 256 kB FLASH, up to 32 kB RAM
  • Communication interface: On-chip CAN FD transceiver and controller (2 Mbps)
  • Motor Control: Integrated 2- or 3- phase bridge driver with integrated charge pumps
  • Reliability: Automotive qualified, ISO 26262 ASIL B compliant fail safe mechanism and error handling with safe switch off path for bridge driver

Optimized BOM and Footprint

  • Industry’s smallest fully integrated motor control solution with CAN FD
  • Available in two packages 9mm x 9mm TQFP-48 and 12mm x 12mm LQFP-64

Intelligent Motor Control

  • Adaptive MOSFET Control to easily pass EMC testing, reduce power dissipation and provide predictable behavior
  • Fail safe mechanism and error handling with safe switch-off path for bridge driver (ASIL B) (if this is not included in Section 2)
  • 1x 12-bit ADC with 19 inputs and 1x 10-bit ADC with 14 inputs (lesson learned from TLE987x/6x – we need to tout the second set of A/D converters, they’re a differentiator)
  • 1x low side shunt current sense amplifier and comparator
  • 3x Back EMF comparators
