Infineon Technologies TLE925x High-Speed CAN Transceivers
Infineon TLE9250 high-speed CAN transceivers are designed for automotive and industrial high speed CAN networks, including ECUs, TCUs, power steering, and chassis control modules. The transceiver is fully compliant to ISO and SAE standards and offers robust protection against ESD, transients and short circuit conditions to prevent irreparable damage. It offers high symmetry between the CANH and CANL outputs and optimized delay symmetry to enable support of CAN FD data frames up to 5 MBit/s. This symmetry also leads to low electromagnetic emissions, allowing the TLE9250 to be used without external circuitry, such as a common mode choke, reducing component count and design size. Infineon’s TLE9250 is available in TSON-8 and DSO-8 packages.
- Fully compliant with ISO 11898-2 (2016) and SAE J2284-4/-5
- ESD: +/-8kV (HBM) and +/-11kV (IEC 61000-4-2)
- Automotive transient protection according to ISO 7637 and SAE J2962-2
- Supports CAN FD data frames up to 5 MBit/s
- Very low electromagnetic emissions
- Packages: TSON-8, DSO-8
