ISSI (INTEGRATED SILICON SOLUTIONS) DDR4 SDRAM
ISSI 4Gb DDR4 SDRAMs provide reliable high-speed data storage for telecom, networking, automotive, and industrial embedded computing applications. ISSI offers 4Gb DDR4 SDRAMs in 512Mb x8 and 256Mb x16 configurations.
They can support data rates up to 2666 Mbps and have an 8n prefetch architecture for high-speed operation. The memories can operate at 1.2V, combining high bandwidth with low power consumption.
They also offer improved error handling and reliability, with integrated CRC and support for boundary scan testing, as well as a variety of signal integrity features to ensure system stability and compatibility. ISSI 4Gb DDR4 SDRAMs are offered in 78-ball and 96-ball BGA packages and are available in commercial, industrial, and automotive-grade variants.
