ITT Cannon Micro D-Sub Connectors

ITT Cannon Micro D-Subminiature Connectors are extremely small, lightweight, wired connectors with high-density contact configurations.

A key feature of these Micro D-Subminiature connectors is their high-reliability twist pin contact system, which outperforms in terms of shock and vibration resistance, current handling, and mating cycles. These pins are assembled with POS-A-Line contact alignment where the twist pins are recessed into the insulator and the rigid socket is exposed.

These connectors offer eight shell sizes that accommodate 9 to 100 contacts and various wire gauges. With gold-plated copper alloy contacts, these connectors are able to withstand 3A of current with a durability of 500 mating cycles.

The ITT Cannon Micro D-Subminiature connectors are designed to meet MIL-DTL-83513 specifications and up to extreme heats of up to 230oC to meet the needs of aerospace, defense, industrial, and transportation applications.
