KEMET C4AQ AEC-Q200 Power Film Capacitors

KEMET C4AQ AEC-Q200 Power Film Capacitors are polypropylene metalized film capacitors for high frequency, high power applications. The C4AQ series features rated voltages from 500 VDC to 1500 VDC and capacitance values from 1 µF to 210 µF, with 5% or 10% tolerance. The capacitors also support high ripple currents and high-frequency operation. The devices are AEC-Q200 qualified, with high contact reliability and an operating temperature range up to 105°C. The series is also self-healing and provides designers low losses and high capacitance density, with case sizes as small as 11 x 31.5 x 20 mm.  KEMET C4AQ capacitors are designed for DC link, DC filtering, and energy storage in automotive, industrial, and power supply designs.
