Maxim's DARWIN MCU Family

Maxim DARWIN MCUs combine deep memory, power efficiency, and security to enable smart IoT products. The DARWIN family consists of the Generation U ultra-low-power MCUs and the Generation UP ultra-low-power plus performance MCUs, all based on an Arm Cortex-M4 with FPU. The family integrates Maxim’s wearable-grade power technology to extend battery life. The MCUs are offered with large embedded memories, ensuring developers have enough space for large applications and communications stacks, with external memory interfaces allowing applications to be scaled and adapted to new requirements. Darwin MCUs are available with strong security features, including secure boot, IP protection, data privacy, and authentication.
