Nexperia Autosense Voltage Translators

Nexperia Autosense Voltage Translators are a family of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-bit dual supply translating transceivers.

These bi-directional level shifter and translator circuits act as an interface between applications with different supply voltage and input-output voltage levels.

The wide range of non-inverting level shifters and translators allows designers to find the exact solution required.

The voltage translators feature a low propagation delay, a low power suspend mode, auto-direction sensing with three state output options and overvoltage tolerant options.

These voltage translators are used in push-pull and open-drain-based applications without additional direction pins such as in I2C, cellphone, LCD TV, and personal computing applications.
