Nisshinbo NJG1816K75-TE1 Ultra Low Current SPDT Switch

The Nisshinbo NJG1816K75-TE1, available from Mouser Electronics, is a single-pole double throw switch gallium arsenide switch with 2-bit control and ultra-low current.

This monolithic microwave IC switch operates at control voltages down to 1.6 volts and is ideal for battery-operated IoT devices due to its ultra-low current consumption of 0.1 microamps and 380 milliwatt power dissipation.

The switch has an RF input power of 30 dBm, isolation of 30 dB, and a low insertion loss of 0.45 dB. 

The NJG1816K75-TE1 operates from -40 to 150 degrees Celsius, and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. 

Typical applications include low power wide area networks, and antenna, path, and general-purpose switching.
