NXP i.MX RT1170 Crossover MCU

NXP Semiconductors i.MX RT1170 Crossover MCUs provide high performance and low power processing with real-time low latency response for machine learning-based edge applications, industrial computing, motor control, power conversion, and many other applications. 

The RT1170 includes a 1GHz Arm Cortex-M7 and a 400MHz Arm Cortex-M4 with up to 2MB SRAM providing latency as low as 12ns.

Extensive memory interfaces are available for NAND/NOR Flash and different types of RAM. The performance is combined with low dynamic power using an integrated DC-DC converter and low power run modes as low as 24MHz to extend battery life.

The highly integrated crossover MCUs include multiple display and camera interfaces as well as graphics acceleration. The i.MX RT1170 is part of NXP’s EdgeLock™ Assurance Program and includes a full set of security functions.
