Omron G5Q-EL Miniature Power Relays
Omron’s G5Q-EL family of miniature power relays offer long life, high capacity switching for any type of load. The family of relays uses smaller packages to reduce board space, while still providing reinforced insulation and adequate creepage and clearance.
G5Q-EL are built for resistive load switching, with a rated life 100,000 cycles at up to 10 A. G5Q-EL2 offer the same 100,000 cycles, but are designed to switch capacitive loads with an inrush current up to 40 A. G5Q-EL3 relays are rated for 300,000 cycles for switching inductive loads, such as motors, with inrush current up to 30 A and operating current up to 3 A.
The members of the G5Q-EL family are capable of handling different types of loads, meaning that the family overall can be used in a wide range of applications, including home appliances, lighting, temperature controls, factory automation, and power supplies.
