Omron's G6K-2F-RF-V Relays
Omron’s G6K-2F-RF-V relays are miniature surface-mount, high-frequency relays for high-speed differential signal switching in semiconductor test, test and measurement, and communication equipment. The relays have an insertion loss of just 3 dB at 8 GHz and maintain good signal integrity even for signals beyond 12.5 Gbps. G6K-2F-RF-V have a rated load of 1 W with a 1.2 max VSWR. The DPDT configuration enables switching the common terminal between two pairs of high-speed differential signals, with tightly matched performance between the normally open and normally closed contacts. Coil voltages range from 4.5 V to 12 V, with a rated power consumption of 100 mW. G6K-2F-RF-V relays are packaged in an 18-lead 11.7 × 7.9 × 7.1mm package with ground pins surrounding each signal pin.
