Panasonic EEH-ZK(U) Series Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors | AAC Digital Datasheet
AAC’s Digital Datasheet video series introduces the specs and applications of components—both new and familiar—straight from their datasheets.
Panasonic EEH-ZK(U) Series Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors
Panasonic’s EEH-ZKU Series Hybrid Capacitors combine the benefits of Electrolytic Capacitors and Solid Polymer Capacitors to deliver high current capability at high temperatures in a small case size, ideal for automotive and industrial power supplies.
EEH-ZKU Series Capacitors offer 20 percent higher capacitance than standard EEH-ZK Series in the same case size and have low leakage current and low ESR. Capacitors are available from 39 microfarads to 560 microfarads with a rated voltage range from 25V to 35V DC. EEH-ZKU Series Hybrid Capacitors are also AEC-Q200 compliant and rated for operation up to 125 degrees C. They offer extremely long life at high temperatures and can handle ripple currents up to 2.8 amps RMS at 125 degrees C.
EEH-ZKU “V-type” Capacitors are a vibration proof variant that can handle shock up to 30G, and Panasonic also offers leaded versions of the EEH-ZKU Series.
