Panasonic Hybrid Capacitors provide the benefits of conductive polymer and electrolytic capacitors, offering low ESR, low leakage current, high ripple current, and smaller case size.
There are multiple series of capacitors based on hybrid polymer/aluminum electrolyte dielectrics to address a wide range of performance requirements. Capacitors include values from 10µF to 470µF with voltage ratings up to 80VDC. Ripple current ratings are available up to 4.0ARMS, while ESR is as low as 20mΩ.
Panasonic Hybrid Capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant and ideal for automotive and industrial applications, with a wide operating temperature range, long expected life, and variants available for high vibration environments.
