Panasonic MC Series eMMC Storage Media

Panasonic’s MC Series eMMC storage media use high-reliability MLC NAND and a controller that supports enhanced ECC and wear leveling for reliable storage in critical applications. The MC series is available from 8GB to 32GB, and provides higher reliability under high vibration and shock than removable media. The devices comply with the eMMC 5.0 standard, including the HS400 bus speed, with reads  up to 280 MB/s and writes up to 45 MB/s. The MLC flash is rated for 2000 program/erase cycles, but users can enable pseudo-SLC mode to increase this to 20k cycles. Panasonic’s MC Series eMMC storage media are AEC-Q100 qualified and designed for use in automotive, telecom, oil and gas, and aerospace applications.
