Qorvo QPL9547 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz Ultra Low-Noise LNA
The Qorvo QPL9547 is a low noise amplifier that operates from 0.1 gigahertz to 6 gigahertz with a high-linearity and ultra-low noise figure of 0.3 dB.
Optimized for 5G applications, the QPL9547 typically provides a 19.5 dB gain and a 39 dBm output IP3 at a 65 milliamps bias setting.
The LNA can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts and requires minimal external components to operate. The device also has a power-down control capability integrated into the die for Time Division Duplexing applications.
Finally, the QOL9547 is housed in a RoHS-compliant industry-standard 2 by 2 mm package.
