Small Cell Power Amplifiers
Qorvo Small Cell Power Amplifiers are low-cost, surface mount 2-stage or 3-stage amplifiers designed for small and enterprise-grade femtocell LTE base stations and distributed antenna systems. Amplifiers are available with up to 36.3 dB gain and output power up to +28 dBm linear output power.
The high linearity of the amplifiers and integrated 50 Ω matching networks on the input and output simplify circuit design by eliminating the need for linearization, digital pre-distortion or external matching. Many amplifiers are pin-for-pin compatible and available in a 7 mm x 7 mm leadless SMT package, allowing designers to reuse the same design with various amplifiers to cover different frequency bands.
