R35K Series Narrow Fine Pitch Connectors
Panasonic R35K Series Fine Pitch Connectors are small and robust Connectors designed for use in thin and lightweight battery-powered devices. The R35K Series sockets and headers have an ultra-small 0.35 millimeter pitch and a mated height of just 0.6 millimeters. The 4-pin Connectors include two power terminals on the ends that are each rated for 3 amps, while the two inner signal pins are rated for 300 milliamps. They utilize Panasonic’s unique TOUGH CONTACT construction with bellowed contacts that provides shock and vibration resistance and a v-notch construction that maintains two points of contact per mated pin.
The Panasonic TOUGH CONTACT construction also features a unique locking structure with an audible feedback click which also ensures a high retention force despite their small footprint. The R35K Series Connector also has an insert molded metal bracket frame that wraps around the side of the Connector for enhanced mechanical strength.
