RICOH ELECTRONICS RP130x Low Noise 150mA LDO Regulators

Ricoh RP130x series Low Noise 150mA LDO Regulators provide excellent performance in a variety of small package sizes suitable for high-density PCBs in portable devices.

The regulators can operate from a 1.7V to 6.5V input and offer 80dB typical ripple rejection at 1kHz. They also have an excellent response to input and load transients to maintain the proper output voltage for connected devices. The RP130x series LDO regulators provide a high accuracy, fixed output voltage from 1.2V to 5.3V, with a low 0.32V dropout voltage.

The regulators are built on a CMOS process that enables very low supply and standby currents to maximize battery life. The RP130x series regulators are offered in space-saving DFN1010, SC-82AB, and SOT-23 packages.
