Ricoh R1525x LDO Voltage Regulators

Ricoh’s R1525 series voltage regulators are 200mA LDOs with high noise immunity, a wide input voltage range, and low quiescent and standby currents, ideal for home appliances, consumer electronics, and office equipment.

The R1525 can operate from a 3.5V to 42V supply and provides a fixed output at common voltages from 1.8V to 9.0V with a typical dropout voltage of 0.6V. The output is regulated to within ±0.6% at 25°C, and to within ±1.6% from -40°C to +105°C. These regulators are offered in various SOT and HSOP packages to meet different thermal and mechanical requirements.

The regulator draws only 2.2µA of quiescent current and drops to 0.1µA in standby, it also includes a thermal shutdown circuit, short-circuit protection, and overcurrent protection.
