ROHM Semiconductor BD7LS0x Automotive ICs
The ROHM Semiconductor BD7LS0x Automotive ICs are designed for 1.65 to 5.5 volt power supply voltage operation.
These single 2-input logic gates, and inverters feature 5.5 volt tolerant inputs, and a low current consumption.
When the power is down, the output tolerant circuit protects the output circuit from the back flow current through the connected system.
The BD7LS0x automotive ICs are AEC-Q100 qualified and operate between -40°C to 125°C temperature range for implementation in automotive applications.
These components are available in a 2.9 by 2.8 by 1.25 millimeter SSOP5 package and are ideal in automotive applications.
