Semtech RClamp0512TQ TVS Diodes

Semtech RClamp0512TQ TVS diodes are AEC-Q100 qualified and use low-capacitance, surge-rated steering diodes to provide ESD protection for gigabit ethernet and other high-speed interfaces in automotive and industrial equipment. The devices offer extremely low IO-to-ground and IO-to-IO capacitance, which makes them electrically transparent to the high-speed interface, and very low dynamic resistance to prevent voltage buildup across the protected interface. The devices use a two terminal package and flow through design to provide protection for two high-speed data lines in a small PCB footprint. Semtech RClamp0512TQ ESD protection solutions offer peak pulse current ratings of 20 A and low leakage current.

  • Protection: ±30 kV Air, ±30 kV Contact
  • IPP (tp = 8/20 µs): 20 A
  • IO-to-IO Capacitance: 1.1 pF
  • IO-to-ground Capacitance: 2 pF
  • Packages: Flow-through design simplifies PCB layout
  • Package: 1.0 x 0.6 mm (0.6 mm2 footprint)
