Sensata - BEI Sensors IO-Link Encoders

BEI Sensors and Sensata IO-Link Encoders, available from Mouser Electronics, are an innovative sensing technology solution for industrial applications.

The encoders are designed to deliver the accuracy and robustness required in IO-Link applications. They provide fast interfaces, universal connectivity, and fully configurable resolution and output types making them ideal for a range of manufacturing applications such as factory automation, machine tools, material handling, and more.

The encoders offer mounting flexibility with solid shaft options in 6, 8, 9, and 10 millimeters, as well as blind and hollow options in 10, 12, 14, and 15 millimeters.

Designed to perform in even the most demanding environments, the encoders support the COM3 IO-Link interface and have a minimal cycle time of 1ms. Additionally, the dual output option with incremental channel and absolute value through IO-Link makes them even more versatile and convenient to use.

Both encoders come with universal connectors and automatic setup for easy replacement. They also boast a high resolution of up to 16 bits for absolute and 10000ppr for incremental, making them perfect for applications that require high performance.
