Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si823Hx Isolated Gate Drivers
Skyworks Solutions Si823Hx are 4 amp isolated gate drivers with a low propagation delay and a high transient immunity. The gate drivers combine two isolated gate drivers into a single package.
The Si823Hx includes devices with single or dual control inputs with independent or high-side/low-side outputs. These drivers can operate with a 3.0 – 5.5 V input VDD and a maximum drive supply voltage of 30 V.
This technology enables a high CMTI, lower propagation delays and skew, little variation with temperature and age, thermal protection, and low propagation delay channel skew and part-to-part skew.
The Si823Hx family offers longer service life and dramatically higher reliability compared to opto-coupled gate drivers. Automotive Grade parts are also available. They are ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs and are suitable for driving GaN switches due to their high CMTI, low propagation delay and low channel skew.
