STMicroelectronics Cellular-to-Cloud Discovery Packs

STMicroelectronics’ Cellular-to-Cloud Discovery Packs are turnkey platforms for prototyping cellular-based IoT devices. The kits include a discovery board based on an ultra-low-power STM32L496 MCU, and an STMod+ cellular expansion board. Discovery Packs are available with LTE-IoT or 2G/3G modems. The kits include a 90-day free trial data plan from EMnify and free trial access to multiple cloud service partners, allowing developers to deploy globally and easily connect to the most relevant cloud services. The MCU integrates 1 MB of Flash, 320 KB of SRAM, and a JavaScript interpreter is included, allowing developers to code in JavaScript or C. The Discovery board offers additional memory and interfaces to easily expand the capabilities of the pack.
