TDK NTCSP Automotive Chip NTC Thermistor
TDK NTCSP Chip NTC Thermistors are semiconductor resistors that exhibit decreasing resistance – with increasing temperatures.
TDK thermistors have low thermal time constants which result in extremely high rates of resistance change to accurately track the temperature.
NTCSP thermistors are designed for conductive glue-mount applications and temperatures up to 150°C.
The NTCSP comes in 0402 and 0603 case sizes with resistance values from 10KΩ up to 100KΩ, and a 1% tolerance.
TDK NTCSP Chip NTC Thermistors are AEC-Q200 compliant for use in rugged automotive applications such as anti-lock braking systems, transmission, and engine sensors.
