TE Connectivity Measurement Specialties AD-101 Series
TE Connectivity’s Measurement Specialties AD-101 Air Bubble Detector provides non-invasive continuous monitoring of fluids for air bubbles and is ideal for medical devices, chemical analysis, food processing, and other fluid applications. The compact sensor uses ultrasonic sensing that allows fast detection of bubbles as small as 70% of the tubes inner diameter, with the ability to support 3 mm to 10 mm tubes. The non-invasive design eliminates the concerns of sterility and fluid compatibility, and the device performs power-on and continuous self-diagnostic testing to confirm correct functionality. The AD-101 Air Bubble Detector operates from a 5 to 24VDC input and outputs a 3.3V TTL signal that is pulled low when a bubble is detected.
