Toshiba Automotive Small Signal MOSFET Devices
Toshiba Automotive Small Signal MOSFET Devices are AEC-Q101 qualified compact body semi-power MOSFETs to cover automotive applications from 12V to 48V.
By combining the latest wafer processes with low-resistance packaging technologies, low on-resistance is achieved from 36 milliohms to 65 milliohms.
With drain-source voltage operation up to 100V, these serve a wide range of automotive use cases.
Toshiba Automotive Small Signal MOSFET Devices are available in a variety of packages including the SOT-23F, a Toshiba proprietary flat-lead package that improves thermal dissipation through increased heat sinking contact area between the package and the PCB.
In addition, both devices support a maximum channel temperature of +175°C and can be used extensively in automotive applications where the operating environment is demanding.
