TRACO POWER TEL 12 & TEL 12WI Series 12W DC/DC Converter
TRACO Power’s TEL 12 and TEL 12WI are high efficiency and high-density 12-watt converters in a DIP-16 6-sided metal package with an insulated base plate. The converters offer an industry-leading power density of 3.61W/cm3 and are ideal for space-critical and cost-sensitive instrumentation, IoT, and industrial designs.
They offer efficiency of up to 88% and can operate a full load up to 65°C or 50% up to 85°C. The TEL 12 offers 2:1 input ranges while the TEL 12WI offers 4:1 input ranges. They are available with outputs from 5.1 to 24VDC including ±12 and 15VDC options. They also include a built-in filter to comply with EN 55032 class A conducted emissions requirements and have integrated short circuit protection.
