Vicor DCM3623 Isolated, Regulated DC-DC Converters

Vicor’s DCM3623 are isolated, regulated DC/DC converters using high-frequency zero-voltage switching to provide high efficiency, isolated power conversion for railway, heavy machinery, industrial, and other applications. The DCM3623 is available for multiple input voltages, including modules that can operate from 43 V to 154 V, covering both 72 V and 110 V nominal systems in a single design. The modules provide 3000 VDC isolation and an output from 3.3 to 48 V and up to 320 W, with peak efficiency near 93%. Vicor DCM3623 converters also offer current limiting, a full set of protections, regulation as tight as ±1%, and support for parallel operation, all in a module that measures 22.8 mm x 38.72 mm.

  • Input voltages: 18-36V, 16-50V, 9-50V, 36-75V, and 43-154V
  • Isolation: 3000 VDC
  • Output voltages: 3.3 V to 48 V
  • Output power: Up to 320 W
  • Protection: overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, short circuit, thermal
