Vicor Isolated & Regulated DC-DC Converters
Vicor’s DCM2322 family of isolated and regulated DC-DC converters provide high efficiency and high power density for rail, defense, aerospace, process control, and industrial applications.
The DCM2322 family has a high-frequency Zero Voltage Switching topology achieving efficiency above 90% and can operate from a wide range of input voltages. The converters are offered with output power levels from 35W to 120W in a package that measures 22mm x 23mm x 7mm.
Output voltages range from 3.3V to 48V, and the DCM2322 provides 3000VDC isolation as well as over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit, and thermal protection. The converters can operate in enhanced regulation mode or array mode, with multiple units operating in parallel without derating.
