Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC Evaluation Kit
Xilinx’s Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 Evaluation Kit is designed for quick prototyping of automotive, industrial, video, and communications applications.
The kit features a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC device with UltraScale programmable logic and a processing system that includes a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 application processor, a dual-core Arm Cortex-R5F real-time processor, and a Mali-400 MP2 GPU.
The board includes a 4GB DDR4 SODIMM for the processor subsystem and 512MB of DDR4 memory on-board for the programmable logic. It also offers a PCIe slot and two FPGA mezzanine card interfaces for hardware expansion.
UBS3, HDMI, SATA, and RJ45 ports are available, as well as a 2x2 SFP+ cage. The evaluation kit is supported by an extensive ecosystem of OS, middleware, stacks, accelerators, and IP.
