Rich Simonsic Executive Vice President at Microchip Rich Simoncic is the executive vice president of Microchip Technology. Rich has held ascending management-level positions with Microchip since its inception in 1989. Most recently, he was senior vice president of Microchip’s Analog & Interface Products Division (APID) since the division was formed in July 2001. Since 1989, Simoncic has established numerous empowered teams that have improved or developed systems and device/manufacturing process technologies for several Microchip Business Units. He is also credited with implementing progressive statistical and training techniques that have brought world-class manufacturing yields to Microchip’s manufacturing operations. Rich founded Microchips entry into Analog products in 1998. The analog business now represents 25% of Microchips’ annual revenue, as a result of a series of acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.

Prior to Menlo Micro, Russ founded nGeniSys, an investment and consulting firm focused on the electronics, semiconductor, and telecommunications industries.
Michael Knight President & CEO at Endries International Influencer and thought leader, Michael Knight, spent more than 30 years in the electronics industry working for electronic component manufacturers and distributors ranging from start-ups to global, public companies. Today Michael is President and CEO of Endries International, a leading supplier of industrial fasteners and related materials to some of the world’s largest original equipment manufacturers.
