The 1980A/B Oscilloscope Measurement System features 2mV/div deflection factor, two independent 5nsec/div sweeps, main and delayed trigger view, and both delta time and delta voltage functions. Measurement capabilities can be extended by adding internal options and plug-in Expansion Modules.
