The CA1642-20 Series, manufactured by SMT Max is an electrical measuring function generator of sine, square, triangle waves and pulse waveform. It has also a linear and logarithm sweeping internally in a modulations of FM, AM, FSK and a FM, AM external and a digital display and counter frequency. It has a 0.2Hz~20Mhz frequency range in an out put impedance of 50 hms, 1mVp-p~10Vp-p at 50 , 1mVp-p~20Vp-p at 1M , 20Vp-p voltage and various output models in single frequency, sweeping. In addition, it consist of 20%~80% symmetrical along with a -5V~+5V DC offset, a TTL output of "1" >+3V, "0" <0.8V in its 600 output impedance that has a pulse waveform. Plus, a 0.2Hz~20Mhz frequency counter with a 110V, 60Hz, 30W power and a size of 265 x 215 x 90mm.
