Adam Stokes, Thermo Fisher Scientific

Adam Stokes is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, focused on plasma focused ion beam (PFIB) and laser solutions for semiconductor applications. He previously served as an Applications Scientist specializing in plasma FIB technologies. Before joining Thermo Fisher, Adam spent six years at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, where his work focused on electron microscopy and photovoltaic device physics. He earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Colorado School of Mines in 2016. His technical expertise includes plasma source and liquid metal ion source FIB, scanning electron microscopy, and atom probe tomography.
