He's also worked with the control systems of industrial plants, mainly in the oil industry. His extensive experience with the design, configuration, assembly, commissioning, and startup of control systems in industrial plants has given him high-level practical experience. Using these skills, César has also developed a career as an instructor in instrumentation, control, and automation. Before focusing in on these areas, César worked with computer systems (at Tandem Computers) and electronic measurements systems (at Tellurometer-USA, a division of Plessey Electronics) as a maintenance engineer.
